Default control arm damaged

I just noticed this....84, front driver's side.
The inner side appears to have no damage...the outside is split where the bolt threads in, and the bolt is bent. The bracket is a bit bent as well.
Is this something that I need to fix asap? I do have a vibration that's at it's worst at 72 mph. I doubt that this could be contributing to that, but maybe someone knows better?
Also, do I need to replace the entire control arm, or does the end come off????

Both new lower arms, new bolts, and new (used) front brace, IMHO.

Call Richard Maddox. If he is coming to the breakfast, he might be able to bring you a used one.
