You have to order it from UK or Germany. Most here including me used Auto Sound in UK. I made a little how to on Pelican. Here’s the link. I have all the prices in CDN.

For those that have installed this unit, can you tell me if the antenna lead is powered at all times when the unit is on or only when the radio source is selected? I currently have the Continental which is powered at all times while my old Sony was only on with am/fm selected. I rarely listen to radio and don't care for the look of the power antenna up at all times.
Thank you

Antenna
The antenna lead is switched, meaning it turns on when head unit turns on. The head unit can be turned on with the ignition off for 30min power is supplied via the memory lead

Hi,
One question for those who already have this new Blaupunkt, besides the different colors of buttons and screen is it possible to dim the intensity of the lights?
Thank you

Yes you can dim the intensity of the display from the display menu as well as change the colors.

Happy to have this done, speakers also upgraded. But now I think the car needs a sub and an amp.
I found wiring from at least 2 prior installers, one helpfully labeled in Japanese. I removed all of it. I also removed the dash and pod, repaired cracks and recovered in leather along with a whole host of while you’re in there side projects.

Hi, I've had installed two of these units last week, one in mye28 M5, the other in my 964 C2.
Units look awesome in both, and sound is good! But I have an issue: I can only do a bluetooth pairing with my iphone (11) one radio at the time...
If I do a bluetooth pairing with the unit in the 964, then I can't connect the unit in my M5 to bluetooth without deleting the BP 46 profile from the 964 on my iphone. And vice versa!
Thanks for the help.

I have just installed mine.
Had to sort out a right rat's nest, old phone and alarm wiring, plus a PO had wired switched live into permanent live for something....
I took my permanent live from the clock and managed to trace back to find the switched live.
Thankfully, I had a harness in place so the speaker wiring and all other wiring fit. I did not use the harness and wiring that comes with it, but it is there if needed.
I ran it into an Inphase USW30 underseat sub, which sits in the spare. I used the antenna feed (switched) as my switched feed, and permanent direct from battery with an in line fuse.
A quick check shows less than 50 millA, so no parasitic drain. I guess the wiring checked out.
It sounds excellent.
