Not many people seem to know about the paste and I'm a big fan of it. Makes sealing up the X to inter pipes seamless and lacking any leaks which can happen.

Hi Sean,

It seems that we have similar approach in that case. How do you have used paste to seal the X pipe with inter pipes?

Should have taken pictures as I did this on a car yesterday.

Just put the intermediate pipes in the X-pipe, smother some goo around the flange and then tighten down the provided clamps. Works well and lasts longer than the fiber wrap I used to use.
