Thank's guys........... you ALL were great help. I got it open using a coat hanger and allot of expenimenting!

 

The lockpicker site is fascinating but I am not sure about his way of getting into the 928 - I been and looked at my S4 and theres no hole you could get at in the rear of the door (if I understand the instruction properly)

I've had the locks and all their mechanisms out of both doors of my S4 and from memory, with the window up (you wouldn't be locked out with it down) you'ld have to go underneath the window glass, then around security plate before you get near the lock button.

I'ld try the rubber plug as a first option and the tried and trusted rear side window afterwards.

I think that what they are saying is that the idea is to reach the back of thetumbler and flip the lever there...

It's actually pretty easy once you've done it. I had 2 local lock smiths come in and niether one could get it. One guy even had directions and the correct tool. When he left I bent a coat hanger like the tool that he had and went at the mechanism like his instructions said. I kept modifying the coat hanger. The key was to bend it at the right angle. I think if any of you guys need help I can't help.............. Hell I went at it for 6 hours. Can't help but learn something!

 

In the future, this tool is certified by Porsche for getting into locked cars.
