Cup 4 wheels fit? Spacers needed?
New member here. Currently, I have 16x8.5 and 16x9 BBS gold/silver meshies on my 1980 with 245/50 tires all around. I am not a fan of the current 245s with 8.5 wheels on the front. They came with the car and everything else is factory (or close to it) so I am looking for a set of 16x7 phone dials to go back to the stock setup. However, when doing some Googling I found these "Cup 4" wheels as a possible alternative. I Would go with 17" but the question is do I go with 17x7.5 all around, 8.5 or 9 on the rear? Would I need spacers front, rear, or both since the different widths all have different offsets? Anyone have these on a 928 or have experience with them? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome new member,
Well before this thread gets rolling lets stop you here and go and do a search for wheel options for Porsche 928.
This topic is covered in much detail,
so really no one has to do any typing just searching and reading.
I will do a few searches here and populate this response so you can get an idea of what you need to do.
Also before you go much farther it would be a terrific idea for you to read the FAQ at the top of this page.
This will give you much info on many topics about the 928 and where to find the answers you seek,
and it will teach you about the machine you have.
