How do I raise idle at cold? coldpressure of WUR is 1,3 bar at 10° Celsius..so this is OK
Perhaps turning the idle screw more CCW ?
I've been told what I've observed with my car is normal for a properly functioning K-Jet system. If you adjust your idle screw, it will raise the idle all the time, not just when cold and the idle should be adjusted by the screw only after the engine is fully warmed up, so that's not the right way to do it. The purpose of the WUR system is to enrich the mixture when cold, which is what yours seems to not be doing.

The other possibility is that the mixture is incorrect and that if you were to correct that, then adjusting the idle screw for a proper idle once you have a proper mixture would also correct/elevate the cold start issue where the WUR system is doing what it's supposed to be. Changing the mixture will change the idle too.

So If I am correctly understand , I first need to finetune my mixture. The only way I currently have is via my CO meter. But which % CO is correct in this case?
Besides the CO, I can also check the color of my sparkplugs but this is not really accurate.
Besides an AFR meter, is there another easy way to measure mixture?

Easiest (IMHO) way to check your mixture is WB O2 sensor like that kit by Innovate - fitting with sensor clamps to exhaust outlet, connected to small analogue/digital display showing A/F from Very Lean(22) to Very rich(<7). Very easy to use, just remember to go through set up each time you use it. Wrap the connector and cable in something soft so you can run the cable from the exhaust to the cabin . Have a co-pilot along to tell you readings if moving.

Make sure you get one that has the cast alloy exhaust pipe fitting. I mounted the gauge in a plastic junction box to make it more robust. You could even hire it out to recoup some of the cost.
Your pressures are higher than mine - system 75, hot control 46. Cold idle ~1100rpm.
