is it possible to clean the ground behind the cluster without removing the cluster on my 83 euro s . I sometimes have an issue with the speedo rising to 40 mph when the car is stationary with the ignition on whilst drawing power say from the wipers etc. Also the oil gauge sits at 2 as soon as i turn on the ignition but behaves as it should after the engine is started .
