Thanks guys. Will call. After I posted I noticed Redesign by Feather is banned - maybe there is some, ah, misunderstanding.

Jerry is NOT banned, he has two accounts. One for his business and one for his personal posting. A few vendors setup this way and when sponsorship expires the associated account is banned.

Us moderators have zero involvement with sponsorship's and such business. I wasn't aware anything changed with "Redesign by Feather" and I (as with the other moderators) cannot look up sponsorship status.

The last time something happened with Jerry's account he contacted me. I'll see what I can find out.

I tried to PM "Redesign by Feather" and it's not working as he is listed as banned. Trying to see if I can order his spare tire cover.
