My porsche is having a strange issue the car wont turn on unless you flip up the pop up headlights I dont know why its such an odd issue thr car definitely has electric issues but why wouod the pop ups control the fuel pump on the car and its smokes real bad when running for more than a few minutes

post a picture of the Ce panel I will bet some of the relays are in the wrong places

OK looks like you have the relays in the correct spots but they need to be verified for the correct part number for each relay.
fuse 10 should be empty, it has a fuse in it.
fuse 13 is your fuel pump and it is empty, it should have a 16 amp fuse.
fuse position 22 is filled and should be empty.

NOTE you have an extra fuse holder this might be for fuse 13 but you need to drop the CE panel to confirm.
