Yes we have a full event scheduled however I am releasing that , hopefully, Friday or Saturday at the latest.
Final approval is there but I want it in ink before I let it out.

I'm confused on the dates as well. I would like to make reservations, but I thought that this was a Friday through Sunday thing, contrary to Dave C's post above. So...what are the actual dates of planned activities?

Just saw this event on the Atlanta 928 owners facebook
Hey group, just joined because I saw this thread on s 928 owners group on the ole Book of Faces.. well I’m a long time owner of 928 I live in Atlanta and I own a bar in the downtown area.
how can I help with a meet up or accommodations, we also have (2) Airbnb above the pub. Plenty of parking for a meet up and I’m right next to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Love to be involved if you need a hand.

A 928 owner with a bar and upstairs rooms...what could go wrong??? Seriously though your venue looks very cool I recommend you interface with RSMartin on here as he is the local point man on this event. Cheers.

Is there an 'event schedule' for this? I just scanned through the whole thread.
I trying to figure out hotel reservations, flights, and non-group activities (I'm plan to do one or two of the driving experience things...)
I know the dates are June 27th-29th. Is the plan to consume all three of those days from dawn to dusk? Or is the 27th a late start and the 29th an early end?

Thanks for everyone's patience on the schedule information. I'd like to remind everyone that Atlanta area local Scott RSMartin) is doing all of the usual heavy lifting to organize an event.. arranging locations and schedules for a number of activities, sponsorships, extra little goodies for everyone, etc. Anyone who's done it knows the work involved. Now add in making many of the arrangements with PCNA assistance/approval. Dealing with PCNA is a lot like dealing with a government agency (collective groan) It's a big bureaucracy with a lot of departments and overlapping areas of priorities and responsibilities, and did i mention the actual headquarters is on other side of the world? Don't get me wrong we all love the mother ship and it's multinational massive corporation status is what allows places like PCNA Atlanta to exist. My personal experience with putting #1 in the museum could be summarized as follows:
They asked me if they could borrow the car for the museum
I immediately said yes, any time they want, for as long as they want
A year later it arrived there
So, slow going but after a lot of forms and conversations and sign offs it was in there, and everything went perfectly.
I talk to Scott a few times per week about this event, and no matter how this event turns out we are lucky to have him driving it. He has very close connections within PCNA, VERY close and he's in there almost daily working through the bureaucracy for this event on OUR behalf. I think everyone will be happy with the results.

I really appreciate all the hard work that has gone and will continue to go into this event. I know how much work it is.
I’m going to plan my activities under the assumption that all three days, from dawn to dusk will be consumed by planned activities.

Welcome party casual event as people arrive is the focus.
A little food a few drinks kind of thing. I will set up a contact list for All people arriving early of there's enough to make a daylong event I'll put it together. Or if it's a handful I'll be happy to accommodate that as well. I'm going to be available that Thursday - Monday. Right now concern is Saturday.
Should anyone like to schedule a driving instructed class this would be the perfect day. That would need to be done on an individual bases with PEC ,

June 29 2019 Saturday
This is the main event as you might say Dawn to Dusk.
June 30 2019 Sunday
We will not have run of the facility. Since the majority of attendees have to return to the real world. So had only planned out the basics for that morning.
