Default Rear hub removal

I'm getting ready to put the factory 17mm wheel spacers on the rear wheels. It looks like I'll need a set of longer wheel studs to use these spacers. Does the rear hub simply pull out after the hub locking nut is removed? I'm sure this locking nut is going to require a few bowls of Wheaties to move. Thanks in advance!

Wish it was that easy. The hub is pressed onto the carrier. Your going to have to replace the bearing if you do this.

You can just get a set of bolt-on spacers that have their own studs and avoid all that.

Thanks John. Your idea sounds much better than mine.
