I like the fact that they're making 17" as well ... would be my choice on an early car. The magnesium offerings are interesting too.
Would love to tour this facility to see how this all this design and manufacturing gets done!

Sounds like they just copied the offset and width of the C3’s I had on the car.
Also mentioned is that they still retained the 15mm spacer on the back.

So for $##Ts and giggles.
If you did an 18 in this wheel on a “NON” GTS, IE an earlier model.
-If you wanted to put the following on the car:
F 255/35-18
R 295/30-18

What rim widths and offsets would you need?

09.5 x 18 x 68 mm - 265-35 - Front
10.5 x 18 x 59 mm - 295-30 - Rear

That's what I'm currently running on my S4 with no rolling nor rubbing. In the rear, I'm sure one can go with an 11" rim and 305's.

What are the tires on them (make/model)? Different manufacturers seem to use different rulers when they decide what to show as sizes.

---

The phonedials look very nice. If they are truly machined from forged blanks, the US$3k is a true bargain. The original PD's are cast, right?

Sumitomo HTR Z III's

And I'm very happy with these tires on the street.

Digging this thread up. I'm looking at Augment for a set of 18" D90s on my 87 Twin Turbo S4. Car has a completely stock exterior, and I'm trying to keep it (mostly) that way, but it definitely needs some better wheels/tires than the stock ones. Anyone done 11" and 305's? I've looked through the wheel thread, but haven't seen it yet. According to this fitment chart, seems like it may rub, but I'm not sure because of the different offset (63.5 vs 59).
