Question: Pictures indicate a rear wiper, but I see no rear wiper button on middle console between widow switches. How is rear wiper controlled on that version?

Interesting. I disconnected my centrally switched wiper as I hit the button accidentally all the time and the sound of a dry wiper across my back glass made me cringe.
