Lower Control Arm Bushings

Any idea as to how to get these off?

Easily?

Easily !! You'll be lucky, I had to use a hacksaw to cut a groove and then lever/bash it out.

Just be careful not to damage the relatively soft Aluminium.

Uh-huh. Got that 5x5 on the softish aluminum.

Well, I got the small side off. Now to the big side.
