As an *honest* suggestion, I would try putting 3-4 of the tips together in a *row*,
in the stock location. One of the Gemballa 928s had that setup, and it looked pretty cool.

(You may need to boost the brightness on your monitor to see them...)

And I really like the 2 on each side of the plate, but I agree that it would need
some modifications to the gas tank, trans cooler, etc... Could be done, but...

Unless you plan to start doing some crazy stuff with fiberglass as well, that tri-tip looks a bit out of place on the 928! If the rest of the car looked like a Flash Gordon ship, then fine...

Jim that looks hot! I guess it is nothing more than tips, a couple of clamps, and a nice Saterday afternoon in the driveway to do something like this. I put an Ott X-pipe on my S2 in the driveway one night, and used clamps like that. They look like the ones on the pump on my parent's pool- where do you get them?
