Default CE Panel - Manual Transmission Bridge

I was making a map of the relays in my CE panel for my 84 Euro 5-speed. Everything matched up to PET, except I do not have a Manual Transmission Bridge (928 615 125 01) in socket IX. It seems that I should. What does this bridge do? It has been this way on my car for all of the 9 years I have owned it, and it seems to not have any ill effect. Pic of my panel below.

I should have searched first - https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...d-purpose.html

Post 7 from Alan seems to answer my question. Even though specified in PET, not really needed in manual transmission cars. Unless I am misunderstanding something.
