Does RC Fuel Injection Dot Com know to use the over-sized lower o-rings (that, AFAIK, are only easily available from Porsche (and Roger I think...))?

I have been told that even our 'favorite' go-to injector refurbisher sometimes forgets this. I always remind them of this on the form when I send a set in. The normal-size bottom o-rings will not reliably seal in the intake bores. And if one or more of them don't the resulting emissions profile will look just like what's posted above.

Curious..how O ring size on a test bench matters.

Curious... how does it not matter when they are installed in your intake? Or does RC not replace the o-rings, filters and pintle caps when they get them? You paid to have them tested only? And then you put them back in with the original o-rings?

When I put the injectors in, during the intake refresh, they would have had the correct lower O-ring installed.

If Jeff hasn't removed or changed them, this is not an issue.

Again, pretty tough to have an S4 with CO at .10 at 1500 rpm and have much, if any, intake leak.

Ah. Not clear in Jeff’s posts that you’d done the work and not his DIY.

And I can't remember if I put in those injectors or if Jeff put them in later, so the info was for him.

I see clearly now, the problem, after looking more closely at the RC paperwork. Looks like Jeff put the injectors for his 959 in his 928

Theyre the same 24# injectors you installed April20 2017.

No hands have been on them since...
