Default Oil leak - coating the spider?

I have been catching a whiff of burning oil (kind of like the smell you get after Jiffy Lube spills a quart under plastic engine covers). I haven’t seen any smoke from the exhaust or smell burning oil from the exhaust. I noticed a coating of oil on the passenger side of the spider yesterday. I don’t see an obvious source of the leak. The head gasket looks clean. The oil filler hoses, gasket, and oil strainer gasket are new and look clean. The heaviest coating is on the hoses from the vacuum limiter to throttle body. The valley is dirty, but I have not cleaned it thoroughly yet. Has anyone seen this before? Is there an area I should be looking for a leak?

Could be just plain old hoses seeping hydrocarbons everywhere.

I'll tighten the bolts clean up the mess. Hopefully that's all it is. Thanks!
