Roger, are the fog lamp housings that are available still in production or are they NOS? The reason I ask is because the common failure is the adjusters. If there is a production line somewhere then they are making new adjusters as well and it might be reasonable to think that they could be purchased separately? It just makes no sense to spend almost $1000 when all that is wrong is a few $$ in plastic. Same concept as buying replacement lenses rather than the whole.

Alex - the adjusters are part of the lens assembly and are available new - the down side being the price circa $465.
If the lens frame and adjusters are all good but the glass is bad then our aftermarket lens is a good choice.
If someone can come up with a fix for the adjusters then I am all ears.

3D printing?

Nate?

That would be great.

I am working with someone to 3D print replacements but these are complex shapes and need to flex a bit. There is no telling yet if it will work out.

I was thinking that if these are in active production, probably in batches a few times a year, the manufacturer could be convinced to offer adjusters for sale by themselves.

I doubt Porsche are Bosch would be interested in selling the small adjusters. They are way too busy selling the lens and assemblies.
It is hard enough to talk directly to Porsche about there day to day products never mind asking this type of question.
Best way would be to produce the parts ourselves.

The same apart from the fact that the ROW reflector has an extra marker light bulb holder in the fog light position?

Here's the harness for that extra bulb.

The city light.
