Default fuel pipe retaining brackets

Hello
Now that I have the rear subframe/torque tube/transmission out, I am looking to replace all the pipes going to the front of the car. However quite a few of the metal strips that hold the plastic pipe retaining brackets have broken off due to rust. Does anyone have an alternative way of fastening the pipes to the floor withoiut having to weld new strips? I thought about riveting new strips in but am a bit worried about water ingress through the hole and bimetallic corrosion issues.
