Thanks for reminding me of that smell Andrew...I've been stripping Joe's car (and discovering some of it's secrets) and during the process have often wondered if I should have parted the '78 myself...but crawling under and in that car certainly left one smelling unpleasant. C'est la vie!

I just picked up this parts car that has been sitting outside, under a tree for 18 years! The interior, while dirty, is in PHENOMENAL shape! The leather is softer than any original 928 I've encountered yet.

Great colour combo too! Definitely post pics of the cleanup. Do you have a car to put the interior into?

I actually don't. I bought the car for the engine, manual transmission and trim.

I just pitched a rear wing just like that a few weeks ago.
it was very light and*very large.

This was after one hour of work! The seats are in great shape and I would day the steering wheel is perfect

I'm gonna move the seats next and give them a thorough scrub. Wish I had a need for them
