Dropped my lines off today for rebuild. Can I use Valvoline Max Life ATF in the steering?

That's what I have used and I haven't had any problems.

All lines back today and spent this evening getting them in all back together. Filled it up with Valvoline Max Life ATF and after 15 seconds of winding the steering wheel lock to lock, no more groaning. In fact, it's extremely quiet. Must have had a small vacuum leak in one of the low pressure lines.
