Our 90 's and up will close the sunroof and windows when you hold the door or hatch lock in the closed position.

For some reason all of that works on my 90S4, except the driver side window. I am leaning towards a faulty window controller.

What say you?

How is the seal between the glass and the door? Is the lock protection plate inside the door in place? Both are key to keeping keeping water off of/out of the lock cylinder. If the rotary switch alarm contact on the back end of the lock cylinder isn't sending a signal the window will not shut when the key is held in the LOCK position.

I had this issue a while ago, and the issue was solved by replacing the control unit
under the driver seat.
