Unholy idle adjust screw!
Before and after. Except the car wont start now, screwed in or out. :-/
Either it was adjusted to run with this blockage in place, or it was blocked on purpose to make it run..anyone got any ideas?

that hole is for a nylon insert made to hold the screw in any position you put it,
