Default Problem with Pod Foil Replacement - '82 version

One of the late fall upgrades that I did was to replace my failing pod foil with the new-fangled PCB version from Roger.

When I was originally testing it, all the lights went on fine, gauges looked good, etc, etc., but this was without any driving.

None of the gauges work now, some of the lights (fuel, stop light, exclamation point) will light up with the others laying dormant, and the tach floats a bit around 1k but doesn't register any higher.

I'm thinking that maybe the 1 or 2 of the connectors have come loose, but I seem to recall some folks having issues with a capacitor or resistor going bad with earlier versions of it.

Anyone have an experience like this?

***EDIT** Found the original post. Will reach out to Roger, but still curious if anyone had a similar issue and if it was board related.
