Default TB roller track question

I was measuring my PKT extension and it’s good at 6mm.

While inspecting I noticed the belt is riding right on the outer edge of the main roller. Roller has 25k km’s on it, 5k km’s on the belt. (Water pump and belt changed last year due to a leaky pump).

Question is should I be concerned? I have all the parts here to install the stock tensioner, but no time left before SITM.

You should be concerned. Install the stock tensioner already. Jeez.

As far as the PKT goes, that is normal. The tensioner pulley is wider than the belt.

The PKT pulley is one yuuge bearing with a single-piece machined flat belt surface, vs. the stock stamped/riveted/undersized-bearing/rounded-edge pulley which is smaller than the belt.

Lol, I know eh! Just been way to busy with other stuff, work and family.

I was happy to see my tensioner is not the extended like it was with the old belt. I need cam gears as well so may just differ the tensioner switch to the winter.

Thank Ken
