Yep, it sure was. The other side that was facing down said top on it.
Got the upper hose on the car today and filled it with coolant. Got a couple gallons of nasty old gas out of it and put 2.5 - 3 gallons of fresh 93 in it. Turns out the fuel pump in this car is also bad. So gotta order another pump for it too. The blue car beat it to starting today.
