The darker silver car with 'Move Over' on the windshield, last engine photo I posted?
I think he was part of the Candian crew, but I'll be damned if I can remember his name.

Looks like a great time, and there are a lot of faces I don't recognize. Now that I'm spending time with the DFW guys, I need to get down there and party with the southern crew! And I guess eventually Sharktoberfest, right?

It's an early Murf928 Stage 1 kit with an additional breather / catch can added.
The later kits eliminated the FMU and run with larger injectors and tuned chips to match.

Yeah. That one. I definitely need to discuss that setup then. I'd like to get rid of the Vortech FMU and tune the car. They used 32lb injectors and kept the 85 computers, so no knock sensors. Marcus said he tuned it for 14:1 AF at idle and 12:1 at load. The crankcase venting was definitely an issue when I got the car. It was plumbed back into the intake before the SC, but had a lot of moisture and oil residue in it. I put an inline catch can but I think that made it worse so I just vented it to atmosphere for now. I'd like to improve that. I like the top brace for the SC shown in the picture. Mine moves around a bit too much for my liking. I don't want to hijack this thread, so I'll send you a PM later. Thanks!

900 miles later the Canadian's are home, unfortunately minus one vehicle. Daniels's 996 had a brake failure on the BRP, luckily it was foggy and he was able to nurse down into Waynesboro. It's sitting safe at Martin's farm and will be shipped back.
A big thanks to Dave and Jeannie for another awesome event.
