I just dealt with that on my work laptop, running Firfox browser. The hotkey for 'search device' was dead. I was able to upload using Internet Explorer.
i have restarted my laptop and will try again later with Firefox.
My iPhone is hit or miss. Sometimes I can upload photos, sometimes I can't.
There were a few comments about this issue this morning. Try again now. If no joy, we can open a support case in the appropriate forum. Seems to be working for me right now, Chrome browser.
