The right front fender on my S4 has two tears in the wheel well. They are about 1 1/2 inch apart and about an inch long perpendicular to the wheel well. The previous owner apparently didn't think that it was worth fixing! Anyways, should I be looking for a used fender, or can it be repaired?

Thin wall aluminum can be properly tig welded and repaired. It's a matter of cost. If you know someone who can tig your cost may be very low. Either way, try the repair, if it works great, if not, then you're getting a new fender anyway.
