Default Did Osram spare bulb kit come stock in the car?

In my 1979 Euro there was a Osram Spare bulb kit is this stock? a search on the forum showed a few others found them in their cars.

They seem to be more common on the early cars 78-79 in my experience. I have one in my 79 that is complete.

You can buy a brand new one from Porsche Classic for $91.65... Only downside is that is has H4 bulbs...

Wow what a deal! I think I paid $100 for the one I got a few months ago from a guy parting out an old junker. Silver lining was that it did include a bunch of foam-dust and broken bulbs. Should've known Mark would have some stashed away.
