Default what is this

I found this cracked & falling apart while I was cleaning ground points....I must have broken it when I was replacing my clutch master....I recall laying on the engine bay when I installed the clutch master...it has a whole gaggle of wires going to it mostly brown(ground) & also white & green...car starts & runs normally...

Looks like part of the ABS/pad wear sensor harness. Those are known to be very crumbly by now...

heat and age makes these really brittle.

IS IT REPLACEABLE, OR COULD I ENCASE IT WITH JB WELD TO STABILIZE IT>>>>>THE WIRES LEADING OUT THE BACK OF IT GOE INTO THE FENDER WELL...JUST IN FROM OF THE FIREWALL , SO I WAS THINKING IT MIGHT BE THE ABS OR CRUISE CONTROL
