Normy,
It will not fit. I will begin work on Jim Bailey's very brown "80 soon. The parts from that system should fit your car. I have the idea that those systems will be very inexpensive.

Are you basing that upon the fact that the low production numbers may make the castings prohibitively expensive, or is there a technical reason?

I'd think that the 2 valve kit would probably sell more than the 4 valve kits, since there are quite a few old school 928's in bad need of a power fix....

Andy,

I bet who ever got the deal on that new Supercharger is pretty happy. Makes for a late Christmas present to himself.

Normy,
I did say inexpensive. The 16v systems will cost less than the 32v systems.

Dozman,
I'll bet he is. If you happen to find another please let me know.

DrNick.
Thank you for your interest.

Availability Update. One less Jag/Eaton setup is available.
That leaves 1 Jag/Eaton, 1 Whipple and 1 Blank. One person switched from Whipple to Jag/ Eaton freeing up the blank I was using as a whipple.

CWM has listed for sale in his "89 S4 wrecked parts" post:

A Bell Engineering Group Inc (as in Corky Bell) 2025 boost referenced adjustable rising rate fuel pressure regulator. This is the FPR I suggest using. It has a base setting and and adjustable rate of rise from 1:1 to 12:1.

A set of 8 30# Ford Motor Sport injectors. These are the same as what I am using.

These items are new. I saw them last night.

Brian,
Mike is getting some parts together and taking care of some other necessities before we begin. Seems like it will be very straight forward though.

Andy,

My late Christmas present came yesterday. It's new, shiny and ready for install. Will have to go over the pulley conversation again with you, when ever I install it.

BTW, one is listed there now.

Steve,
Looks like you'll be getting the last Whipple setup. Check your PM.

This leaves 1 blank manifold that can become a Whipple or a Jag/Eaton or something else even.

I guess this might be a good time to look at working a group purchase for the 2300AX. Chris got his 2300AX (mine since his accident) from Superchargers4less.com. He paid $2050 total for the SC, Drive, pulley and shipping. I'll bet he would come down quite a bit for 5. Since I already have a 2300AX I will let someone else handle this.

Who wants to volunteer as negotiator for the group?

Parts will be ready to ship soon. The only real hold up is the pulleys at this point. My vendor totally flaked out and forced me to find a new shop to do the work. It has been very hard to find someone willing to do it, let alone at a resonable price.

86.5 install update:
We started working on an install on mspiegle's 86.5 this week. There have been no real surprises. We could be done as early as next week. The only thing holding us back is my lack of finished parts.
