I'd at least be trying a compression test with a teaspoon of oil in each bore, just to check the cylinders all hold air, using the starter to turn it over (pull the fuel pump fuse and ignition relay first)

I'd also be checking fuses and relays are in the right place, and working, and seeing if the car fires at all (LH2.2 and EZF are pretty robust).

If you can compression test, and get it to fire even briefly, then dismantle the front and fit new pump, belt, while you send the MAF off for rebuild, and then drive it a little to verify the trans etc. before spending more.

Looks pretty clean from the pics, nice score!

Make sure the throttle is wide open during the compression test or else you've get inaccurate numbers.

Nice score! So incredibly jealous of your intact tool kit, I'm 0 for 2 on any tools at all, one of my tool trays was actually missing.

Looking forward to seeing your progress!

Fuel lines - NOW. I can't really see them, but esp. the "U" shaped one at the firewall is where to look first as most vulnerable and closest to hot pipes below.

They may be fine, but I just like to post this picture at least once a year to get everyone's attention.

Happy wrenching.
