For street and fun mounting driving...
On my 928 I run
Front - 18x8 - offset 57 with Nitto Invo 235/40-18 - 30 psi cold
Rear - 18x10 - offset 65 with Nitto Invo 295/35-18 and 15mm spacer - 32 psi cold
I use a lower pressure in the front vs rear to help balance the handling. Too much front pressure results in the front wanting to push instead of track, creating understeer.
On my 997s I run
Front - 19" x 8.5" et 50mm with Nitto Invo 235/35-19 - 35 psi cold
Rear - 19" x 12" et 74mm with Nitto Invo 305/30 - 19 - 40 psi cold
Bigger differential front to rear here because of the rear engine needing more pressure to support the weight, and the numbers are easy to remember
Aside from measuring temperatures across the tires to optimize pressure, another method that can be used is to warm up the tires and then apply chalk across the width of the tires and go for a short drive, then look at the chalk wear pattern - if it's been scrubbed off more from the center, you might want to try a lower pressure and if it's been scrubbed off more at the sides, you might want to try a higher pressure.
