Wow, it is fantastic - nice seeing the big pictures and lots of them. This is a preservation candidate for sure. Drive it, but not too much. Keep it. Play it like a good hand, and hold! It will pay dividends down the line, and provide useful capital for #1! House money on this one.

I'm sorry, but once you take into consideration the amount of dust on the battery...a person can only come to one conclusion...and that's...parting it out.

Or...I guess one could just wipe the dust off...and it would be in showroom condition again.

Also, I'm going to second a few things 928NOOBIE mentioned...

First... Congratulations. (what a beauty)

Second...l hate you. (lol)

Third...Fuel pump switch??? (noticed that on the invoice, too)

Thank you, for sharing all of the close up pictures. The differences from year to year are very interesting.

I haven't done much with this car yet, and haven't found the alleged fuel pump switch. My guess is the original owner requested it as a security feature, but I'm surprised the dealer put it in (a less litigious era perhaps)...and even if they did, the decided not to charge for it.
