Post Moving Tach on 924S

How difficult is it to move the tach to the speedometer position? I have an '88 924S that I race and it is hard to see the tach. The speedometer isn't really needed for the track. If it can't be moved, any ideas?
Thanks, Jim in St. Louis

Problem is going to be that the speedo cable is probably not gonna be long enought to reach the old tach position.

Hello !

You can do it, I've made it on my 924
Look :

The cable for the speedo is quite short, and I have to look for another way to fit this cable (but it works).

See ya !

I have it done too...the PO did it...tach in the center, speedo on the right. it looks REALLY good, and is realy functional too since I've been known to have my car on the track...
