Windshield molding replacement 89 951
So my dealer is having a problem finding the right size molding for the front glass. They ordered the correct windshield for my car per VIN but they claim that the one that came with the windshield is not the right size. So they ordered another one and it was the wrong size. Anyone else had this problem or know the correct part #? Is it that they just don't make the correct size anymore as my service advisor told me.

Ok so I think I have already answered my question. Only way to get the part is when the windshield is ordered. Just wondering if there is a place to order an original molding.

I found original (but used) molding for my 84 from a dismantler in LA on Ebay. They needed to be sanded and rattle can sprayed with black trim paint but they came out looking good.
