It sure was a lot of fun. I had a lot of fun with Riccardo on I-78. My great moment was punching it with the 1994 3.6 turbo as soon as we got on Rt3 and him not being able to pull away instead I was catching up to him. Too bad there was traffic or it could have been really sweet. Really goes on to show that a 3.0 turbo can be a very devastating combo. The 3.6 was running 1 bar, I run 12psi and he had a custom exhaust. I have a factory 968 turbo S exhaust with cats and everything.
Everyone was a lot of fun and it was nice to see some air cooled guys show up.
I will try to post some pics. It will be my 1st attempt so it might be a while.

Raj,

I have to admit you caught me off guard. Last I saw you you were stuck behind that Mini Van. Had no idea you were coming up behind me until I saw that big grin on your face 3" off my rear. I drive Rt 3 everyday and was snagged at 144mph once and its my home town. I don't push it there anymore. Seen too many dead ones.

I do admit thats quite the nice P-car. (along with all the rest) How many horses you pushing, didn't expect to see you catch up so soon otherwise I would have given it the extra 15%. I still have the cat and factory muffler that will change soon enough! Still pised you got my rims.

Wish I was able to tag along but the 5 year old birthday party could not wait. Obligations

Next time.

and i thought you were gonna correct the spelling of "dangle"

George,
I think it is an obsession with "car guys". i need additional lumbar support, and was going to put leather seats in the mullet but couldnt deal with the kids selling them. he wants 650, i say 500 he says he has higher offers. what is he waiting for another $25?

now i have a kid that may be interested in my chrome 17" rims from the mullet. i like the looks and handling, but dont like the ride of the 17". too stiff in the rear, and a little too much understeer. i dont feel like playing with shocks etc and will see how it handles with the snows i bought.

will we ever be satisfied with what we have?

That all depends on where it's dangling from! (I think I just used a dangling preposition!)

Tom, you know this is all your fault!! It's been all downhill ever since you bought that Camaro! hehehe...

Cobalt, believe me it was a honor to be able to keep close to your car. You guys are always the bogey for any modded porsches . You car is very pretty and it was fun driving behind you. I had some left in my tank as well but its all fun and games. I just wanted to see how my car measured up to the ultimate porsche.
Hey, if I can be within 15%, I can live with that. Take care
Not sure what kind of numbers my car is putting out but I will play conservative like porsche and say close to 350hp/375tq. Does that sound about right?
I wanted to dyno my car with its current engine but I guess will have to do it later on now. I want to call protosport and setup a dyno day. Maybe we can rent them for an afternoon next yr.

Raj & Cobalt: sounds like you guys would be interested in attending an NNJR DE event next year. (Mmm April 1-2 is Lime Rock I)

You can excerise your engines without worry of exceeding any speed limits!

Tom ; I know what you mean, I have a bad back myself and its no fun on a trip. I guess the guys just couldn't resist your whoopie cushion and the dangling " thingy ". And I understand your frustration , thats why i just locked everything up and deal with the people I choose to.

Gee, I feel loved. Can you feel the love?!?

Hmm, probably not the best thing to say when discussing "squeezing with your hand, shoving it in, and a dangling ball...."
