essential eccentric adjust tools
I just had to adjust the eccentrics on my 86 and do not have air tools.
The 75 degree L-bend helps clear the rotor while you use it and a long tube/jack handle to add leverage. I had about 3-feet and my 150lbs to break the bolts loose. If you use a pivoting head breaker bar, there is a lot of torque and it could easily break. The L-bends are nice for this. A 90-L Bend will not work as it does not clear the brake rotor.
The 36MM wrench is the longest wrench I now own. But with it, you can easily and smoothly adjust the eccentric. I first tried a big crescent wrench and it kept slipping off and my 36mm bicycle headset wrench gave no leverage.
Just thought I'd share.

Definitely recommend a big 36mm for the eccentric adjustment, I've done it twice with an adjustable wrench and it's a PITA. I won't do it again without the proper wrench.
