What's up with this clamp (red arrow)? Could be your issue right there....

Unfortunately no, the leak is behind the metal wall roughly where the tip of the yellow arrow I drew is. I was thinking of using this temporarily

That clamp doesn't go up where the hose connects? Looks like it came loose and slid down. If you remove the power steering belt, the car is totally drivable until you get the leak fixed.

Took off the hose, found the leak, repaired it, that hose is nearly impossible to take off/on, maybe it's the cloth threading in the center that makes it so ornery
