Default Help. Torsion tube reassembly order. Can't figure it out

Ok. I did this on my 944 spec but we knocked the end caps off torsion tube end and could easily pull out bar while rest of rear was all buttoned up.

How do you do it when keeping it stock?

i can't figure it out.

Basically , what order does it go back together, what I am doing is not working.

When I did mine with it under the car:

Spring plate, end cap, chassis mount, top mount, upper mount, trailing arms.

Number order:
Starting with the (unnumbered) End Cap, 14, 5, 4, 3, 8/10/weird dots that represent the bolts that mount the arm to the plate.
Doing it in a different order will make things a pain and not line up properly. Left all the nuts loose until everything was mounted up, then torqued.

if the bushings are new, i resorted to all thread to get the party started. the spring plate needs to go in another inch to get the inboard bushing aligned.

the wsm has the angles but a good start is with the spring plate resting on the carrier spacer.

the spring plate adjustment fasteners are 24mm on the outside and 36m head for the adjuster and 24 for the front one. yours look small in the picture from that angle.

I used dish soap as lube on the new bushings to slide into the aluminum carrier and longer 17mm bolts to start pulling it in.

Tighten them alternating like doing lug nuts to pull it down...then swap for shorter bolts, keep going until the regular bolts fit.
