Quick A-pillar trim question

Quick A-pillar trim question
I need to remove the A pillar trim from my late 944 in order to get the dash out of the car (that's another story...). On the driver's side, I discovered that NONE of the screws were in the trim, and on the passenger side only the top screw was there.
Is my assumption correct that with all three screws removed the trim should come away relatively easily from the mount? There are no additional clips behind it? I tried gently prying at several points, but it isn't budging and I ended up denting the trim in a few places.
The PO of this car (actually, 2 POs ago) did some wacky wiring additions that I'm trying to assess and remove. I have a bad feeling that the A-pillars were glued or taped back in with something quite strong...

Spencer, if that type of sealant was used do you know of any way to gently remove it? I'm thinking I might need to just rip it off and source some replacements. Or not. This is a weekend fun car and already has some cosmetic issues...

Burning Brakes
Try using trim and panel removing tools. They are made of plastic and have many different angles and shapes.

I have several times thought there were no screws, but when trying to pry it loose I realize they're still there. Especially the top screw, which sometimes is at a very odd angle. But if you've looked up all the holes with a flashlight just try to gently pry it loose with those plastic trim removers. Maybe bring the hair dryer and heat it up first so the glue gets loose.
