Merry Christmas Ladies and Gents! Quick question...will Sport seats from an '85 944 bolt right into and connect electrically to my '87 944?

Makes a difference if they are from an early or late 85?

Early 85, no they won't bolt right in, you will have to do some drilling and also mess with the seat belt stalk. Late 85 will bolt in and connect up fine.

Thanks for quick reply! I knew there was a transition year in there somewhere. So is it as easy as telling them apart by the dash style or must it be more forensic requiring looking at VINS?
