Default Need help with 83 interior electrical

I've moved on to the interior of the 83 restoration.
At first startup when I put the engine I had interior lights (ashtray, cluster). However it was short lived and now they are dead, however the dome light is good (12v). I also have 12v to the cigar lighter and continuity of ground from cigar lighter to ground on ash tray light.

This all runs off of one fuse which tests good...otherwise I wouldn't get voltage at the lighter. My wiring diagrams are a little wonky and I'm trying to understand where the fault might be.

Headlight switch cleaned and working...could it be the dimmer?

Oh...and the good news is the old analog clock works!

Any insight is appreciated.
Thanks!

Chris

Okay, the #12 fuse supplies power to the license plate lights and the reostat for the cluster lights.

Thanks marc...it was blown but kept blowing. Seeing as I couldn't detect any problems I figured I'd take a look at the license plate lights. PO had backed into something and there was a good dent there I was planning on fixing. The body was in contact with the + of the plate light. Popped the dent out and once again I have dash lights!
