Default Need to rent a rear main seal installation tool

I don't want to risk damaging the rear main seal trying the pvc cap method. If someone has the correct tool and willing to rent it to me that would be awesome. I don't want to spend the $125 and use it once. Well I have two engines I will use it on but still. I will return it the next day. Ship to Greenville NY 12083 Thanks.

I used a PVC drain cover. I believe it was 3 inches. Oil the seal and tap the cover to seat the seal.

If you can't find a tool to rent...

I made my own tool using a spare RMS, a flywheel, and 3 machined spacers. The new RMS gets pushed in by hand, then I put the spare RMS on top of it backwards so they're face to face. Then I put on the flywheel with 3 bolts, with the spacers on underneath. The spacers are the exact right thickness, so when the flywheel gets screwed on, it pushes the spare RMS, which pushes the new RMS in evenly and to the exact right depth.
