Dynomax cabin noise?

Noticeable, but you can still carry on a conversation. With my previous glasspack, no point in trying to talk much!

Sounds like the Super Trapp (Which is basically a glass pack with an adjustable cork on the end). Sorry for questioning you to death on this, but when you say noticable but can carry on a conversation, is it something that will still make you brain dead after about an hour or two and have to crank the radio to be heard over it?

Antonioali, sorry I can't help, I'm fishing for a good system too.

944JM, I can't *fully* answer that in your case as I have had some exhaust leaks to deal with at the same time and thus effecting the sound. It wasn't making me brain dead, but it was a little louder that I would have preferred. I was looking for noticable and not stock, without someone saying "that's too loud". Some people were still saying "that's kinda loud".

How about this... if I wasn't having gasket, hangar and leak issues, I'd be somewhat satisfied with it at this point. I do have issues, so I'm using this opportunity to start over (again).

That's about the best I can do at this moment!

Antionioali, the systems and mufflers we are taking about are the "do it yourself" kind where we are getting parts and having a shop put it together... no tips and such ready to go. If you wanted out of the box kind of thing... I'd check into SFR or Speed Force Racing's (Tim's) work. Quality stuff, performance based, ready to go!

Thanks for the info and again sorry for the third degree but I've been over this exhaust issue going on the third time. Just want to get it right. Too much $$ to play these games. Want to spend it on the rest of the car. Thanks again.
