Default Stopping stuff in hatch area sliding around

After having boxes and shopping bags slide around the hatchback area in my 944S2, I found some 18" x 72" rubber shelf material at Harbor Freight for $3.49 each. Two rolls cover the hatch area nicely, and things no longer slide around much.

Since that's about $7 for a Porsche improvement, I thought it was amazing enough to post.

I've been using that stuff for a few years to keep rugs from sliding, tank and tail bags from sliding off my motorcycle (and protecting the paint) and even under the blanket I lay on the rear-seats of the Explorer to keep the dog from sliding all over the place. You can but it at Target too (I think they list it as shelf material AND placemat material).

Good stuff.
