They are also talking about safety. Showed a convertable BMW roll slide on it's roof for near a 1/4 mile. The drivers just got out and walked away.

I have said it for years and this show with it's stated statistics proves it. Speed doesn't kill..........lazy, stupid drivers kill..........some may just happen to be going fast.
I live in Atlanta where the normal flow of traffic on the loop is 80-90mph. Except for your occasional moron or crotch rocket crashing while trying to do a wheelie at 100mph, most drivers are very aware of what's going on and cautious because they are accustomed to driving at these speeds.
It's usually someone from out of town, doing the speed limit and scared as hell that causes problems and disruptions in the flow of traffic!
