It's often the small details that make a difference.
These fasteners & brackets had rust on them. I cleaned them with scotch brite pads & then sprayed them with a cold galvanizing compound.

Its pretty much fall time and the sunlight is less here in Canada.
The trees turn colour & sometimes a light jacket is worn before driving the car to work.

Waiting for the weekend.... yes the weekend. To wake up in the morning and say "this is MINE". To insert yourself into your vehicle & drive with intention. Now that is worth waiting for.

The Stratos is it's own car, but I would like to draw some comparisons of the 944S to it.
I suspect a well prepared 944S could be quite competitive with the original mid engined Stratos.

Watch the master class:

Sometimes heavier is better. Thinking about up-sizing the washer fluid reservoir and retrofitting headlight sprayers & pump because the mud.

Took some elbow grease & paint remover last weekend to remove the insulation from under the "new" hood.

Something about these cars partially assembled that just looks cool.

whew! 8 hours of un expected wiring sh*t to sort out... now we are back on track.

Well, lets face it the Sparco seats aren't as comfy as the oem seats but they are way lighter & lowers the centre of gravity & locks the hips in for turning... but I've been running with the oem 3 point belts which is not very smart, as they don't hold the person down very well, especially in the FIA Sparco rigid back seats, so I finally splurged for some nice 6 point harnesses. Here Midnight is standing proud with his nod of approval.
